WHOLESALE CONDITIONS

Discounts: Wholesale discounts will be calculated directly in your cart. Most Ghost Galaxy products are offered at 45% off MSRP, but select product wholesale discounts may vary.

Shipping: Shipping is free to U.S. wholesale customers at order values above $300.

Free shipping does not apply to non-U.S. accounts. If you are an international wholesale account placing a wholesale orders above $300 , you may see a "FREE SHIPPING" prompt on checkout. This is incorrect. We will contact you directly with a shipping quote after the order has been placed. If the shipping quote is not acceptable to you, we will cancel and refund the order.

Returns: All sales are final, no returns are allowed.

Damages: If you receive a product damaged in shipping or handling, please contact our sales team at [email protected] so that we may arrange for a credit and a return. Damages may only be reported within 15 days of shipment receipt.

Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a consumer return of a Ghost Galaxy products due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange for a credit and possible return. Please send photos of the defect.
