HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN A CAMPAIGN AS A RETAILER

In order to make a retail pledge to one of our campaigns, your store must follow the steps below.

Open a wholesale account with Ghost Galaxy. To do so, fill out this wholesale account application

Once your account has been approved, log in to this website using your wholesale credentials

Click on the available campaign below to make your pledge (campaign details and pledges will not be accessible unless you are logged in as a wholesale account)

Shipping Charges

Unlike normal wholesale orders placed on this website, retail crowdfunding pledges will always incur a shipping charge. 

 

Shipping charges will be invoiced separately after the end of the pledge-manager period. Actual shipping charges are detailed in the given campaign (see links below).

Payment and Cancellations

All retail crowdfunding pledges must be paid when placed. Pledges may be cancelled at no penalty during campaign period. 

 

Pledge cancellations after the campaign period, but up to the end of the pledge-manager period, will incur a 15% penalty. 

 

Cancellations after the end of the pledge manager period are not allowed.

Early Release

Retailers may begin selling products from their pledge shipment upon reciept (which may be weeks prior to the official release date). 

 

Retail pledge shipments are sent along with consumer pledges, and we cannot guarantee a given delivery timeframe. Some retail backers may receive their pledge shipments earlier than others.
